Praxis Talent Profiles

The Praxis Talent Profile is a comprehensive summary of an individual’s potential based upon multiple aspects of their personality, aptitudes, talents, motivations, behaviours, biographical sketch and limiting factors. Our profiles combine numerous quantitative assessments with 360 degree qualitative interviews with a candidate’s chosen circle of colleagues, clients and support (family and friends).

Our experience shows that while most mature individuals are 80 or even 90 per cent aware of their strengths and weaknesses, most also have “blind spots” with respect to both. Often high achievers take their talents for granted and therefore do not leverage or use their talents to their full advantage. They also may rationalize their “rough edges” (e.g., being overly critical or demanding of others).

The Praxis Talent Profile is a high level specialized development tool for senior and high potential professionals. Through our program we assume that highly intelligent motivated individuals, when pointed in the right direction, will take action. Our profiles provide detailed feedback and developmental recommendations with respect to how an individual can achieve more from their potential. The Praxis Talent Profile is most often the starting point for our coaching of high potential professionals and is the basis for setting out concrete and attainable goals for higher levels of achievement and satisfaction.
